Who It Is For
- Continuous qualifying employment abroad for at least one year in the three years before application, subject to applicable agreement-specific rules
- The foreign and Canadian entities are doing business or will be doing business and have a qualifying corporate relationship
- Transfer to the Canadian entity in an executive, managerial or specialized-knowledge capacity
- The Canadian position is genuine and consistent with the enterprise's size, stage and staffing

- Senior manager: manages the organization or a major function and supervises managers or professionals
- Functional manager: manages an essential function at a senior level without primarily performing the function
- Specialized knowledge: advanced proprietary knowledge plus advanced expertise that is uncommon and critical
