Viamora will act as the client's dedicated business establishment partner throughout the launching phase. The service is designed for clients who require active coordination, professional representation and ongoing implementation support, rather than documents alone.

1. 1. End-to-End Launch Project Management

   Coordination of the business launch from initial planning through operational readiness, including timelines, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies and third-party activities.

2. 2. Third-Party Meeting Participation

   Preparation for and participation in meetings with incubators, business validators, investors, banks, financiers, professional organizations and other stakeholders, where permitted and applicable.

3. 3. Business Presentation and Representation Support

   Presentation of the business concept, commercial model, implementation strategy and financial plan to relevant third parties on the client's behalf, where representation is permitted.

4. 4. Progress Reporting and Program Compliance Records

   Preparation of structured progress reports, implementation records and supporting documentation showing the activities completed, milestones achieved and steps taken to satisfy applicable business establishment commitments.

5. 5. Recruitment and Operational Implementation

   Assistance with workforce planning, job descriptions, recruitment channels, candidate coordination, supplier engagement, service-provider selection and other practical launch requirements.

The package also includes 12 months of weekly mentorship covering business operations, marketing, sales, financial management, workforce development, stakeholder communication, implementation challenges and ongoing establishment priorities.
